As we wind down another active season of IFC programming and events, we do so with gratitude and excitement.

 

While many of this year’s activities are coming to a close, we are already looking ahead to the next season—and we want you to be a part of shaping it. In the coming weeks, keep an eye out for a member survey. Your input is invaluable and will help guide the experiences, events, and programs we bring to life next year.

This week, we’re also sharing a delightful email from an IFC member highlighting their experience with our Dine Arounds and the Preferred Provider Program. It’s a wonderful reflection of the connections, community, and local partnerships that make the IFC so special.

This week, we continue with a number of events at the Clubhouse! Join us as we continue to connect, learn, and enjoy time together.

 

For the week of Semana Santa (March 30 - April 4), our office will be closed, but the Clubhouse will be open for a few activities.

The restaurant was founded as a tribute to the owner's grandmother, focusing on preserving traditional recipes and artisanal cooking methods, and is known for its traditional "horno de tierra" (underground earth oven) used to prepare authentic Barbacoa and Cochinita Pibil. Any restaurant serving 4 types of mole - all with white or dark chocolate - has to have great desserts and Miguela does not disappoint - especially their Tres Leches cake!

Our IFC Closing Brunch at Le Bistro was a wonderful way to celebrate the season together—and with a sold-out crowd, the energy in the room said it all.

 

Guests enjoyed a beautiful and vibrant performance by Ballet Folklórico Tradiciones, adding a rich cultural highlight to an already memorable morning.
