Bert is a long-time member, and participant of the IFC and its programs. Based in Vancouver, for fifteen years he has spent part of each year in Vallarta. Bert is an architect, planner, and organisational advisor. He has helped numerous non-profit organisations adapt their structures to take on major projects. His firm has been active in Canada, the US and Great Britain. He looks forward to helping with next steps in IFC development.
